This was a piece done for the 2023 Bowseat Ocean Awareness competition. The theme was about honoring those have raised awareness or helped climate change in their community. The man picture here is Goran N’diaye, a teacher and farmer who helped devlop a farming technique and teach his community the technique. You can see the transition from a blackboard to greenery, to show his skills in both teaching and practicing.
